Whether you are a patient of Dr. Dinn’s or simply here for a nice relaxing massage with me, you will be greeted promptly by our friendly staff.

If this is your first time seeing me, you will be asked to fill out general health questions prior to entering the massage room. There, in private, we will discuss any pertinent problems, concerns, or questions that you may have.

If you have never had a massage before, or if this is your first time seeing me, you may be nervous – that’s OK! My ultimate goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you may reap the full benefits that a therapeutic massage will provide.

When you are ready, I will instruct you to disrobe to your own comfort level and how to properly lie on the massage table. I will then step out of the room and allow you privacy. When I return, I will adjust the room temperature, draping, music, etc. to make your time here more relaxed.

Once the massage begins, only the area of your body that I am working on at that moment will be undraped. And you will never be exposed any more than you are at ease with.

At the end of the session, I will again step out of the room so that you may redress. I suggest that if you are coming from work, that you bring loose fitting, ‘comfy’ clothes to change into following the massage, rather than wrestling with suites, ties, pantyhose, etc.

Before you leave, please feel free to discuss any questions, concerns, or comments you may have. Also, making your next appointment at this time will ensure getting the appointment that best fits your schedule.

More than anything, I want you to be able to leave the stress and nerves of your day at the door. I aspire to help you begin your healing process – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – by guiding you to… ‘Be Still, Relax your Body, Unwind your Mind, and let your Spirit Soar!’
